"Life is an echo. What you send out comes back."

Today is the harvest of yesterday’s seeds.

Your mind is a garden.

Your thoughts are the seeds.

You can grow flowers.

Or you can grow weeds.

Everyone has heard the saying ‘As you sow, so you shall reap’.

If you sow crabgrass, how can you expect to reap pineapples?

The fact that we reap the harvest of our lives is rewarding for people with good habits but daunting for others who mistreat others. People often expect perfection with minimal investment.

Some questions we ask:

  1. In a relationship, can you discern between pure unconditional intentions and false motives? (4:00)
  2. Do you understand your partner’s love language? (5:00)
  3. Have you cultivated friendships that help you flourish or plant seeds of uncertainty? (10:00)
  4. If you want a good friend, are you a good friend? (11:00)
  5. If you are striving to be a millionaire, do you have the work ethic of a minimum wage person? (14:00)
  6. Are you taking advantage of the wealth of free knowledge at your fingertips? (16:00)
  7. Do you want to “eat delicious or look delicious?” (16:00)
  8. Are you the best version of yourself in all facets of life? (19:00)

In this episode, we discuss how you can plant the right seeds today so that you can have the garden you want tomorrow.

If you want to be treated well, then treat others well. If you want to be loved, then love others.

Imagine what the world would be like if there were a domino effect of rippling kindness.

What you put into life is what you get out of it!

"There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs." Staying Uncomfortable is the result of my mind trying to make sense of life, people, and the world around me. The fickle nature of life has made me realize the importance of being in the present moment, and that life is all about enjoying these little moments. As I embark upon this journey of spirituality and a growth mindset, I invite you along with us, to share your perspectives, and to challenge ours. Lots of love, and gratitude for being here with us.
