“You are what you repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, it’s a habit” - Aristotle

Habits are aligned with who and what you want to become in life.

We have mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and hidden habits that we aren’t even aware of.

Research shows that it takes 21 days to break a habit.

Some questions we ask:

  1. How do you define a habit? (1:00)
  2. Do your habits align with your vision or have they become reward mechanisms? (4:00)
  3. Instead of having pizza every 3 days, can you decrease the frequency? (5:00)
  4. In forming a new habit, why don’t you set small, actionable steps? (7:00)
  5. Can you replace your sugar cravings with fruit? (8:00)

In this episode, we discuss methods on how to control, alternate and delete bad habits to perform a complete reset.

Good habits are formed, bad habits we fall into. Some habits that we think are bad but they actually might be good for other people but at the end comes to your own priorities and what do you want to achieve.

Bid your bad habits goodbye, ensure your habits are aligned with your mission and set yourself up for success!

"There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs." Staying Uncomfortable is the result of my mind trying to make sense of life, people, and the world around me. The fickle nature of life has made me realize the importance of being in the present moment, and that life is all about enjoying these little moments. As I embark upon this journey of spirituality and a growth mindset, I invite you along with us, to share your perspectives, and to challenge ours. Lots of love, and gratitude for being here with us.
