Step 1: Visualize/Dream It
Do you remember daydreaming as a kid? We used to love daydreaming! So many people we come across these days are just living day to day with no true vision or dream in mind. The first step to achieving anything you want in life is to dream it. Visualize it. What do you want? What does the end result look like? Do not hold yourself back. Dream big.
From a science perspective, think of it this way: In your workplace, to achieve success, you must first set up targets and goals. This is exactly what we are doing here. Visualize and dream up your goal or target.

As you’re dreaming about whatever it is that you want, feel it. Try to feel the sensations you do while dreaming about this end goal. The way to feel it is to pretend you already have it. What if you were rich? What if you had the body of your dreams? What if you had the perfect relationship? How does it feel? How does it feel to have so much money, you don’t know what to do with it? What would you do with it? Imagine it, dream it, visualize it, and feel it. What would you do when you woke up next to the perfect man or woman? What would your weekends look like? How would it feel? As you’re feeling everything, make sure to also feel gratitude for having it in your life. Say thanks and smile.
If you don’t have any emotional tie to what you want, you will not receive it. You need to want it bad enough to trigger emotions.

Step 3: Do It
This is where most people fail. Once you know what you want, and you feel it, you must set up steps that actually help you accomplish where you want to go. If you want to lose weight, you must get rid of the food in your house that deviates you from that goal. You must choose to exercise. If you want to be rich, understand your finances thoroughly and anything that goes against the end goal should be eliminated. If you want to have a perfect relationship, put in the time and effort to figure out what to do, and then do it.
Dreams without execution are just delusions.
