"If you train your mind, your body will follow."

What does it take to be a top celebrity trainer and professional badass? For Ron ‘Boss’ Everline, it took courage to pursue his passion and the drive to see it through. Everyone calls him Boss for a reason. His sister says he always knew what he wanted, and he was the leader of their family from early on. So from the time he can remember, Ron Everline’s nickname was Boss.

His early experiences with leadership combined with a growing motivation for physical fitness helped shape Ron’s passion to inspire people to live differently. A trainer to stars including Ne-Yo, Kevin Hart, P. Diddy and Trey Songz, Ron has made personal fitness his life’s work.  Ron insists there’s really no secret at all in his ability to help people from all walks of life achieve dramatic physical transformations. It all comes down to two words, he says: “Just train.”

“If you train your mind, your body will follow.”

  • believes that where you start, doesn’t matter but it’s the journey that matters.
  • abides by the quote “Our candle loses no light to light another”.

Born and raised in the suburb of Missouri City— right outside of Houston, Texas, Ron “Boss” Everline managed to take small town ideas and transform them into big city dreams. He has made personal fitness and training his life’s work. Boss attended Northwest Missouri State University on a full athletic football scholarship in pursuit of his professional football dreams. This next level of athletic achievement was the obvious choice for him as he comes from a pedigree of football elites.

He headed and co-created programs such as “CJ the Workout Kid,” which targets childhood obesity in Atlanta and “Teachers Get Fit,” a secondary program to “CJ the Workout Kid,” to motivate teachers to be active and healthy examples to students. His’ training programs have grown into the brand, “Total Player LLC,” an umbrella company he created to introduce luxury health and fitness. He trained for the royal family throughout Europe, Africa and the United Arab Emirates. His celebrity client list is growing by the day including Award-winning Comedian and Actor Kevin Hart; Grammy Award-winning R&B Artist and Actor Ne-Yo; Singer, Actress & Host Christina Milian; Former Cheetah Girl and Star of “Empire Girls” Adrienne Bailon; and R&B Artist & Actor Trey Songz to name a few.

Today, Boss is taking his vision to the next level by incorporating youth fitness into his constantly growing Just-Train brand.
