How many people do you know that wake up at 4 am because they want to? Farmers, flight attendants, and postal workers start their day that early because they have to.

Many successful executives have touted the benefits of minimal distractions at ungodly hours including limited emails, texts, and social media activity.

It can also eliminate anxiety if you can carve out time for yourself and get a head-start without feeling rushed.

A 2016 report published in The Wall Street Journal states that 4 am might be the most productive time of day. You snooze, you lose!
